Kayla Lebovits founded Bundle in 2018 after realizing that even the best strategy falls apart if people can't execute it. She'd seen it happen again and again. A Harvard Business School graduate who spent years on Wall Street, Kayla watched smart people and good ideas get derailed by the same things: miscommunication, teams that couldn't collaborate, talented people with no one teaching them how to actually lead.
The strategy was never the problem. The skills were. So she built Bundle to fix that, with practical training that meets people where they are and changes how they actually show up at work.
